Dear Colleagues, Partners, Associates, and Friends,
 
Hello from the National Collaborating Centre for Aboriginal Health.  I am writing to ask you to support the NCCAH and our 2014-15 evaluation by participating in a short online survey.
 
We would like to know how we are doing and we hope that you will take some time to tell us.  Regardless of whether you are very familiar with our Centre, or are new to our work, we are interested in your thoughts and opinions.  The results of this survey will help us to understand and identify our impacts and chart our future course.  The results of the survey will be for internal use only.
