OPHA prepares for its Financial Audit and Year-End Reporting

OPHA staff spent much of April and May preparing for year-end reporting. This year our Financial Audit by BDO Dunwoody took place June 10–14. The Draft Audited Financial Statement was presented to the OPHA Audit Committee on June 4, 2010. In May, Project and Program Managers turned their attention to preparing year-end reports for our funders, which were submitted on May 15th.

OPHA Executive Committee

The Executive Committee met on June 10, 2010 with the majority of the discussion centering around OPHA’s Strategic Directions. The Draft Strategic Directions, presented by Kim Bergeron, our consultant, were discussed, edited and adopted for presentation to the full Board on June 24, 2010.
