Public Health Division releases client service standards

As part if its performance management initiative the Public Health division has developed its initial client services standards against which Public Health will be monitoring its performance. You will find the standards on the Public Health portal at www.publichealthontario.ca. They include four broad standards directed to public health units as well as two standards directed to the public and public health stakeholder organizations.

The public health division will be reviewing the standards in the next six months and would value any feedback you may have. Please provide your comments to clientservice.PHD@ontario.ca.
