2009 Conference
This year's conference was held jointly with OPHA's 11 Constituent Societies on November 1-4, at the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre in Toronto, Ontario. The theme this year was: Building for the Future. It was also a special conference in that it celebrated OPHA's 60th year anniversary as the Voice of Public Health in Ontario.

2008 Conference
This year's conference was held jointly with Niagara Region Public Health and the Association of Local Public Health Agencies on October 26-29, at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It was called "A Public Health Summit" and the theme this year was: Making Healthy Communities Count.

This year's conference was held jointly with the Eastern Ontario Public Health Unit on October 25-27, at the Nav Canada Conference Centre in Cornwall, Ontario.
